El capitán General de Canarias en el Siglo XVIII

Esta obra analiza la realidad jurídica, política y administrativa de la Capitanía General de Canarias, institución de gran trascendencia para la historia del archipiélago, sin cuya existencia no es posible comprender el curso de una amplia etapa de nuestro pasado. La investigación analiza el cenit institucional alcanzando la figura del capitán general y presidente de la Real Audiencia en la centuria del setecientos, razón por la cual también se analiza este período histórico.
Abstract
This work analyses the juridical, political and administrative reality of the Captaincy General of Canarias, institution of great transcendence for the history of the archipelago. Without it existence, it would be not possible to understand the course of a wide period of our past. The research analyses the institutional zenith reaching the figure of the Captain General and president of the Royal Court in the century of seven hundred, reason why it is also analysed this historical period.
